Digital X-Rays

The use of digital X-rays has become standard across the dental industry. Digital X-rays allow us to take a high-quality image of teeth and transfer it to an imaging program, where your teeth can be seen with amazing accuracy. As an added benefit, the digital X-rays also expose the patient to 80 percent less radiation than a standard X-ray.

Electric Handpieces

There are two types of handpieces: air-driven and electric. At Clifford Dental, we use electric handpieces, as they are much stronger than air-driven ones. This allows the doctor to remove decay much more quickly, thus cutting down on the time spent on the procedure itself.

Rotary Endodontics

Root canal therapy is a procedure in which the infected roots of a tooth are removed. This is usually because they are causing pain. Rotary endodontics utilizes an electric handpiece, speeding up the process and allowing the dentist greater ease of use.
